We take great care in packaging and shipping your Murano glass creations to ensure they arrive safely and securely. All orders are shipped via DHL with tracking and signature upon delivery.

Ensuring that the product arrives intact at its destination is our top priority. Our packaging solutions for glass are designed to offer a high shock absorption rate, thus protecting each piece during transit.

Our products are professionally packaged by specialized staff. Each item is individually wrapped in tissue paper, followed by multiple layers of bubble wrap, crepe paper, straw, and/or polypropylene. For larger and heavier items, custom-made polystyrene blocks are used to shape and secure the pieces, ensuring protection on all sides. Finally, we use customized wooden crates for added security. All products are insured against theft, loss, or damage during transport.

Shipping Process

We have been successfully shipping Murano glass worldwide for many years. Every item is carefully packed in triple-layer cardboard boxes or wooden crates, marked with a FRAGILE label. We only use top international couriers for safe delivery. For large orders, we can arrange specific delivery methods (e.g., by pallet) or direct delivery by our specialized team for an additional fee.

Delivery Time

Delivery times typically range from 15 to 30 working days from order confirmation, depending on the product, packaging, and shipping destination. For rare cases of damage during transport, we take full responsibility and will promptly replace any damaged items at no extra cost.
